Both of the 1850sqft, detached 4 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom houses are available to purchase off-plan now! enabling the end user to adapt the specification to their individual tastes once exchange of contracts has taken place.

The earlier in the build process exchange of contracts takes place the greater the degree of flexibility on adapting specification.
